In this painting I wanted to reflect the modern struggle of woman under the constant pressure to be beautiful, flawless, and ever-evolving. The face symbolizes the transformation women undergo — reshaped by society’s ideals, enhanced until beauty becomes almost unnatural. A woman’s face transforms, adorned, perfected, reshaped by desire and demand. The striking eye and lips, exaggerated and surreal, hint at both allure and distortion.
But beneath the flawless mask lingers the question: Does beauty pursued bring joy, or only silence the soul? Does the pursuit of perfection bring true happiness, or does it conceal a deeper fragility?
