Tribute to Imagination

This three-part series was born from the unfiltered creativity of my oldest daughter Amelie when she was only 1.5 years old. In her spontaneous brushstrokes, marks made without intention I recognized the seeds of powerful forms: a knight, a butterfly, and a rooster. From those gestures, I built a dialogue between her innocence and my artistic vision, weaving together two generations of imagination.

By recognizing the rooster in my daughter’s spontaneous marks, I reveal how imagination thrives in the unfiltered vision of a child. I elevated it into a fully realized form, creating an artistic dialogue between innocence and intention. The Rooster is a universal symbol of dawn, awakening, courage, and vigilance. In this context, it embodies imagination itself, a force that wakes us, stirs us, and keeps us alive. I use of real gold to underscores the sacredness of imagination. It transforms what began as a simple playful stroke into something eternal, radiant, and unforgettable.
